GDPR Information Notice

This notice provides the information required under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we process and why?

We process personal data only when you contact us:

We do not collect IP addresses or use analytics. Our Downloads page records anonymous download counts only (which software was clicked); no personal data is involved.

3. Who receives your data?

Contact form data is processed by our provider Web3Forms (to deliver your message to us) and by hCaptcha (spam protection). Their privacy policies apply: Web3Forms, hCaptcha. Download counts (no personal data) are stored by Supabase. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. International transfers

If our contact form or hosting providers process data outside the EEA/UK, they do so under appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses). Details are in the providers’ privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data in certain cases (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing in certain cases
  • Data portability where applicable
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where we rely on consent)

Providing your name, email, and message is voluntary. Without it we cannot respond to your contact form submission. Download counts on our Downloads page involve no personal data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
