Last Updated: February 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Techys.cc ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our website. We respect your privacy and do not collect IP addresses or personal data from general browsing. We collect information only when you contact us (see Section 3). Our Downloads page records anonymous download counts only—no personal data (see Section 4.3).

1.1 Data Controller (GDPR)

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, the data controller responsible for your personal data is:

Techys.cc
Contact: via our contact form.
We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO); for data protection inquiries please use the contact form.

For a concise GDPR information notice for visitors in the EEA/UK, see our GDPR Information Notice.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • IP addresses
  • Browsing history or behavior
  • Device information
  • Location data
  • Any personal data from the Downloads page

We do not use visitor tracking or analytics services. Download counts (Section 4.3) do not involve personal data.

3. Information You Provide

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when you use our contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond and resolve any follow-up; typically we do not retain them beyond 12 months unless required for a legitimate purpose (e.g. ongoing correspondence).

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Contact Form

We use Web3Forms to handle contact form submissions. Your contact information is processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to us. We use hCaptcha to protect the form from spam. For more information, visit Web3Forms' Privacy Policy and hCaptcha's Privacy Policy.

4.2 Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing behavior across the web. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ad Settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4.3 Download Counts

On our Downloads page, when you click a "Download" button, we record an anonymous count of which download was clicked. No personal data is collected—only which software was requested (e.g. download name, category) and a timestamp for aggregation. This is used solely to display the download count number on each card. Supabase stores these records on our behalf; see Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We do not set cookies ourselves. However, third-party services (Google AdSense, hCaptcha) may set cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
